Allow a section in a member without expanding Key Words

Especially in Model-Based-Development there exist comment sections with Key Words, which should never be expanded.

Thus it should made possible to divide between Key Words to expand and not to expand.

Today Integrity allow to either expand keywordsor to not expand them.

Using an MBD Tool like Rhapsody, Matlab or Innovator, for a model there will be loaded (checked out) hundreds of files.

For metrics which will collect LOC (= Lines of Code) data  or  no. of files changed betweeen two releases, this will bring bad results.

For that reason a developer will need more control about changes generated for eg. with expanding Keywords.
