Allow configuration of IBM Rational Doors Change Tracking for Modeler attributes

For the synchronization of Modeler elements to Doors the PTC attributes (ART - Attribute) are automatically generated. Thus for those attribute the "Attributes features" for change tracking,

• Affect change bars
• Affect change dates
• Generate history

are preset. Unfortunately if the attribute features for the ART - Attributes are changed in Doors, by the next synchronisation the changes are reset again.

Proposal: Prevent the PTC Integrity Modeler Integration for IBM Rational Doors from resetting the Attribute features for the ART - Attributes
