Allow for field substitution on select bulk edit operations

Bulk edit for text fields (shorttext and longtext) offers full replacement only. For logging fields, this is really irrelevant because of how logging works, but for other text fields, I propose adding the capability of using field substitution as an option.

Example 1: Allow the use of syntax such as:  Prefix 1: {Summary}   to allow adding a prefix to the existing Summary fields on the selected items, instead of completely replacing the contents.

I will be creating another enhancement request to improve upon the existing substituteFields() capability on the issueDeltaBean. That, combined with this request, would make for much more capable editing options.
