Documents created as a result of branching or create from template actions are not detectable by Integrity rule triggers. See case CS87182 for previously documented requests.
That would be really a great feature just to be able to catch an event that would be "the whole document branching is finished" AND/OR "this item branching has been finished (AFTER the post event)" so we could launch a DELTA bean on the branched items or the original ones.
I understand that this idea is of interest to large number of users and it is planned to be addressed in an upcoming release. I am moving the state to Future Consideration.
