Branching requirement document by user with options to select between reference modes: Reuse or Share (might be a good feature)

It would be great if a user could choose himself (when branching a req. doc.) between these two possible ref. modes, which currently can be set only by admins as predefined setting in the server at the given type (/Doc. Model)
