An event that change does not reflect and its check-in cannot be completed occurred, even after the binary file was updated and checked in.
When this event occurs no alert such as check-in failure is shown and it is difficult for user to notice that the change was not reflected.
According to the reply from PTC tech support, when the timestamp of the filenames are the same, it is designed not to check-in.
But it is possible that even the timestamp is same that does not necessary mean they are same files, so I would like to request to judge always by file's checksum.
