Pre Condition

   User anywhere around the globe is checking a file in via Submit CP.

    Let's  take an example of March 13th 2AM.

 

    When audit log is executed for a particular time window the system errors out because at 2 AM time jumps to 3 AM and there is no entry in database.

 

     or if  Activity is Happening on Nov 2nd  @ 2:00 AM all the log will show the check-in happened at 1 AM with a gap.

 

 

Proposed solution.

    Consistent date time capture using GMT so input and output transaction can be based on either server set timezone or preformatted based on client configured regional time settings.
