Disable web links configuration option

If a customer uses client side customisations, they may want to stop users from using the web interface.  However if a user click on the user icon in the main "think" client interface and email is generated with a web link automatically added.

This option should be configurable in the same manner as the think client link is with an option like:

mksis.includeIntegrityURLLinks

to match the existing

mksis.includeIntegrityGUILinks

As we are working towards enhancing the WebUI, we do not see a strong justification to provide this ability.

We are not inclined to support this customization.
