Hi Sudhakar,

                     This Idea aligns with our UI replacement strategy. I'm moving this for Future Consideration and depending on the direction we take as part of the UI project will update the state as appropriate.

Drag & Drop improvements have started to surface in the refreshed Web UI and would appear in other areas beyond attachments in future releases.
