I'm not cummins2019, but I can elaborate on the request. What we would like is the ability to Include only part of a document. There are situations where we want a part of document A to be reflected in document B. If we used Document > Include, we would see all of A which may be thousands of line items. If we copy and share as mrump suggested, then we end up creating many duplicate items which slows down document loading and causes confusion since multiple IDs refer to a single item/requirement in a given project. It would be much more useful if the Include functionality was altered to allow partial include.
