Extend the user and group types in IM

Currently the Group and User types in IM are very restricted.

Additional infromation can only be placed in the Description field (e.g. in JSON or XML)

It shall be possible to extend the user type with things like

- Primary role

- Skills

- Deputy

...

It shall be possible to extend the group type with things like

- Primary function

- Skills

- Group leader

- Group leader Deputy

....

I am well aware, that this can be achieved with custom Item- Types for User and Group.

But apart from the effort, this approach has IMHO some  Major drawbacks, as IBPL or other relationships cannot be utilized e.g. in the definition of constraints as actual users or groups can.
