Fix Excel integration error that occurs with empty documents (SPR 5912986)

Excel Integration Fails to synchronize with a document unless some document content already exists. This error can be recreated by synchronizing with a new document which has had no interaction since being created. It seems that this issue still hasn't been updated in the newer versions of Integrity. From what I know SPR's are no longer being tracked, so I am creating this product idea to suggest that this issue be fixed. It is annoying and unintuitive that this specific chain of actions leads to an error.

SPRs actually are being tracked and that is the right way to follow-up on any issues. For any 'Enhancements' we recommend to use the ideas portal. I checked this SPR and is still open for us. I am closing this idea (As No Plans to implement - does not mean this will never be fixed, but I just want to close on this idea here) so that the issue gets tracked through SPR only.

Closing this idea as per the response provided earlier. Defects will continue to get tracked as SPRs.

Only new product enhancements are tracked on this portal.
