Go away with the separator line and "…" on symbols on state diagrams with view options

I have dragged'n'dropped an Activity into a given State on an STM diagram. The 'Do Activities' compartment is displayed. Then, I have unchecked the 'Show Do Activities' in the State's View Options, however, a "..." compartment kept being displayed on the diagram. I was expecting to see the State element without any compartment at all.

This enhancement request is about being able to make go away with the separator line and "…" on symbols on state diagrams by changing the view options.

I just reproduced on 9.4 and see how this is an issue so thanks for the product idea. I've added it to our backlog in ART12-4531754
