Integrity IBPLs will include item picks that a user does not have project permissions to.
Integrity Item Backed Pick List fields should filter out items that users don't have access via project permissions.
The tool shall show only entries that users have access to.
Have you tried creating IBPL Constraints, i hope that will help you.
Please try this using Field Relationships Constraint on the Type and confirm if it works.
Constraints work, absolutely, within the context of that particular IBPL field in the item. However, when you try to create a query or use the "where" field filter to limit the IBPL field values, you will see ALL values for that IBPL field. This happens in spite of the user NOT having access to all projects that the IBPL field values represent.
Can PTC please look into this and see if permissions to view the IBPL values can be respected, based on project permissions?
