Improve Usability of Bookmarks and Cross References

It would be nice to have the possibility for the creation of Cross References to choose from a list of already available items in a document (as known from Microsoft Word) instead of manual creation of Bookmarks, and manual creation of Cross References. Also possible/better would be something similar to the item reference (without opening the items detail page but jumping in the document to the position of the item).

Totally agree that this feature needs an update.

There are some more things I can thnik of.

- visualize the "anchor" in the Richtext, to make it more obvious what going on

- a click on a cross reference must work in "document view mode" AND "document edit mode"

- enanble more than one anchor (aka bookmark) on the same text/word

- a click on a cross reference should jump to the "anchor", not the beginning of the content item's text field, that hosts the anchor
