Improve green highlight of main page when I select requirement using "outline panel" on left painel.

Steps to reproduce:

1- Set view/option/Item preview = Editable check Enable inline editing for relationship.....field

2- Set View/Option/ Show outline checkbox enable.

3- Now we can see 3 separate panel on screen (left/central"main panel"/ and in button another one

4- Select a requirement using left panel on outline

5- Automatically the requirement will appear on main page in green

BUT sometimes when I select a requirement on this outline page I can't see the green highlight on main page (like a bug). I need select the line between main page and button page and drag to get more space on main page, sometimes this solve the problem but its a bug I guess I should be able to see the requirement automatically in green. 

There is a CS223649 in investigation with similar thing. Idea is to centralize the green highlight automatically and avoid it go way.
