Improvment on WebServices -> make available all CLI commands

It would be really really useful to have WebServices which can be used instead of CLI and have all of the CLI commands and functionalities implemented, with all of the im, aa and si commands. This would really make an addition to the developers toolset.

Hello Vukasin,

                        There is a plan to come with Rest API services for our new UI Replacement Project. At this point it is not clear if it would be complete replacement of CLI or be available as a similar feature. I'm updating the current state to Future Consideration and when we start working on the Project will update the state again to appropriately reflect the plan.
