It shall be possible to select a member or Project and "subscribe" to a change notification email.

In case of a change in the member revision for a project, all users that have a subscrition shall receive an automated email.

In the Sandbox and Project view: the members and project with subscriion shall be filterable.

In the Sandbox and Project view: the members and project with subscriion shall be visualized by an appropiate Icon.

We had the same request and solved it by a global script/trigger on checkin/set member. Users/groups that should be notified by new versions have to add their username to an "emailto" attribute. That's not really comfortable, but it works.

This request would make things easier, of course.
