Is it possible to show relationship field values is IBPL?

I have created a relationship field on Project Item having related items added through trigger script and i would like to have the relationship field values on Defect as an IBPL. 

 

Please let me know how I can achieve this or is there any alternative way to do it.

 

Basically, I would like to show a list that is having all future projects of the Defect's project. The future projects are manages between projects through "Project To" and "Project From" relationship fields.
