It looks like the Integrity client does not support links to files, so always a web client link is created.

 

Can this be changed/modified somehow? A link should be created which opens the project tree, pointing to the member at Integrity client and not opening the file from the webclient.

I think can be achieved by creating a GUI link for Integrity Lifecycle Manager Items using format as shown below:

 

integrity://<ILM-Server-Host>.domainName.com:7001/im/viewissue?selection=1234567

 

You can add a customized link on Item details page by programmatically creating links like above links for opening in GUI.
