Logically does not make sense to be able to create a Release item from a Defect Item

I can use "Create Related Item" button to create a Release Item from a Defect Item

 

Problem is that logically it does not make sense to be able to do.

I expect the Release Item to exist before testing is done. Not the other way around.

 

Please suggest a way or add a feature to remove/gray out the "Create related item" functionality on the Defect Item on the Relationship Tab from the following Sections

 

"Customer Release"

"Known Issue in"

Hello Swapnil,

                                 Unless I have missed to understand what you have stated above, this configuration is part of your solution. You should be able to update the solution to ensure a Release cannot be created from a Defect.
