No sub-numbering in a text field

At the moment there is no sub-numbering in a text field. In a numbered list should be a sub-numbering like in Microsoft Word (1.1). If I press now <tab> in a numbered list the next row begins again with 1 and not with 1.1.

Actual:

1. "This is capitle 1"
  <tab> 1. "This should be capitle 1.1"
        <tab> 1. "This should capitle 1.1.1"

Expected behaviour:

1. "This is captile 1"
  <tab> 1.1 "This is captile 1.1"
        <tab> 1.1.1 "This is capitle 1.1.1"

The recent Windchill RV&S releases have a new rich text editor in place.

However, this specific request is not part of the current plan.
