Possibility to validate date fields

In PTC Integrity we do not have an inbuilt functionality to validate date fields.

There should be possibilities to set rules to validate date fields:

For e.g.:

1)  Comparison of 2 date fields  -> Compare and decide if an entered date value is less than or greater than another already entered date field.

2) Compare a target date value and see if it is greater than created date of an item

3) Compare an issue injection date and validate if it is not a date in the future.

There should be configurations to set logics behind every date field. This would be very much beneficial.

In which feature of Integrity Lifecycle Manager do you want to compare the date fields in your use case? E.g. Document Differencing ?

Please provide the information so as to further comment on this.

We need this as an admin configuration. There should be a possibility in simple date fields used in Integrity workflow items. 

Eg: Extend constraints with such a feature to compare date fields. Currently this is not possible as mentioned originally.

As a result, the end user should be validated for the values that they are entering in the date fields as per the logics that is set.

This Idea does not fit into the current long-range plan for Windchill RV&S. Closing it as No Plans to Implement.
