Provide a 'Edit Next' and 'Edit Previous' function in the edit view.

The use-case is the following...

In many situations, a team or individual is working through a list of items. With the current UI Design, the user has to select edit, hit ok to close the edit, select the next item, and hit edit.

This request is to add a "Edit Next" and "Edit Previous" on the edit view dialog that will apply "cancel" action and move to edit the next or previous item in the list.

This is in the list of top complaints/requests from the user-community of our organization.

As we are working towards an improved User Experience in the Web UI for future Integrity releases, we will consider this use case.
