Issue:
With text search combined with additional filters, users certainly can find the item that includes search words in written in the text search field. However, users have to look into the item by double clicking them to find out where the word actually exists through out all tabs, which is time consuming.
Desired Specification:
It would be nice if integrity can deliver a search function similar to Excel and Notes.
Below is the use case that integrity should satisfy :
<How to search>
1. By Ctrl+f short cut key, key word search window appears.
2. In the Find What box, type the text or numbers you want to search for.
<When the key word has been found>
3. Open the item that contains the key word. Also open the tab that contains the key word,
and high-light the place in a specific field where the key word is contained.
4. Users should be able to find using Find Next button as those in Excel and Notes.
The item window opened in 3. should close, before integrity opens the next item window.
5. By clicking exit button, the key word search window should close.
<When nothing hits>
6. Show a message dialog telling a message such as "No keyword was found".
