Right click reorder command for document outline

This is for Windchill RV&S (Integrity) 12.2. Sometimes users want to quickly reorder a set of content items, but doing so requires a lot of manual movement. Users have requested a feature to right click and sort items by some field. This idea of this resort is to change the "Section" value so that if you open the document again later the items are in the same order.

I didn't see a way to edit the original submission, but here is the additional information.

1. Describe your environment: What is your industry? What is your role in your organization? Describe your stakeholders.

I work in the automotive Industry and am an architect for Integrity within my company. We use Integrity mainly for managing requirements, verification tasks, test plans, test failures, change requests, and defects.

2. What product & version are you currently running?

Windchill RV&S (Integrity) 12.2.1.3

3. Describe the problem you are trying to solve. Please include detailed documentation such as screenshots, images or video.

After creating a document and a large amount of content it can be difficult to reorganize content if needed. Currently if a user wanted to change the order of a large number of requirements they would need to manually move them around in order to update the section number. They want to be able to resort subsections or even whole documents by a particular criteria and have the section numbers of the content update as appropriate.

4. What is the use case for your organization?

Documents in Integrity are managed in a variety of way, but most have some order to the content. In Excel or similar applications, it is simple to reorder a set of content based on some criteria, such as deliverable. Then that sort order can be preserved so the file is in the same order the next time it is opened. Users want something similar in Integrity where they can quickly reorder a document's content and it will stay in the same order the next time it is opened by any other user.

5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?

This would help with the administrative burden of Integrity, which is significant and often a source of complaints from users.
