It would be a great help for users to see the file size of a member's revision.
User would be much more patient if they know the size: 10 MB aren't loaded as quick as 1 KB

I take you'd want the value to reflect the total size of the download. Meaning if an assembly is downloaded sum all required content?
Interesting extension of my idea.
But I think more simple: For me it would be enough first to see -comparable to the Windows Explorer- "only" the size of one member's revision.
As well in the Project~/Sandbox View like in the Member History.

Additionally there should be displayed a progress bar.
Some of pour company's users gets impatient if theydon't see any progress, let them kill the Client using the Task Manager.
We're at the point where some zipped test results files are in the GB range.
Even some Excel files with embedded objects can be 100's of MB. Crazy, I know, but can't be avoided.
We absolutely would love to know the size of a file before we open/download it!
