We are doing power supplies for industry and medicine products.
The company is international, but the development is in germany.

Windchill RV&S 13.0.0.2

We want to do a remote/silent install of the client for all users via
mksclient.exe -f mksclient.properties
The GUI language should be set to english, but format (date, time) should be set to german.
This is described in the help (MKS_PRODUCT_LANGUAGE=ende), but it does not work. Only language is set to english.
PTC support confirmed that this is actually not possible.
4. What is the use case for your organization?
Avoid that we manually have to change the IntegrityClient.lax after the installation for EVERY client.
5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
Saving time for users and admins after every client install/update
