Support drag and drop operations in Integrity Lifecycle Manager

• Support drag and drop operations between Integrity items so these are linked and a double-click would open that object

I already raised similar request with PTC 2 years before via Case C12995594 and they suggested an RFC 164677 already exists. I am too expecting this to be implemented.

An interesting fact at this point is that in ILM Drag&Drop actually works in different places. But not everywhere, WHERE you expect it, and even worse: unfortunately not always IN A WAY you expect it.
