The field "Created By" works only with Windows NT username, but not with "Full Name" of Integrity

Integrity 10.9 --> Project --> Views --> View Change Package Differences. The field "Created By" works only with name, but not with Full Name, which allows users to set user-name only at this format: uXXuYY

 

But they don't really know these name formats of each other. It would be a great help if they could write also part of the full name:

"Surname, Name" or just "Surname" and after it would be helpful if could be choosing from among the appearing possibilities. Thanks!
