Steps to reproduce :

 

1 . Open query view

2 . Select configure columns.

3 . Click on the + symbol.

4 . Click on Visible in the item type

5 . then click on Other, we will see a filter box with the list of types. Please see attached file "Configure Columns"

 

Currently, it showing all the types available in the system.
Update the types in list "Specify visible in item type filter values" so it matches the items/documents for users have permission.

The Refreshed Web UI project is as possible taking into consideration and only showing the user what they are allowed. With the current long range plan, there is no plan to bring this enhancement to the Swing UI.
