User fullname field length should be extendable to more than 100byte.

Issue:
In some company there would be a case where a "full name" field of an user is used to describe 'company name' + 'department' + 'user name'. With 100byte length restriction, some users are unable to register their name following this naming rule.

 

Request:
Please let the client administrator extend the limitation of full name field length up to 1000byte.
