Versioned contents document id

when content is versioned, document id in the its related content doesn't exist.

please make it seen.

if can't, let me know why this field doesn't exist.

The document id is ambiguous for versioned documents and as you know one versioned content can be associated with multiple versioned documents so document id cannot be shown.

does you mean that versioned document 0.1, 0.2...?

When a document is versioned several times, the items under a document will be in the multiple versioned documents. And that is a reason Document ID is not shown for the items in the case.

well it depends which option user selects during creating a version. 

There is no straight forward solution at this point of time for your suggestion.
