Current functionality, as of 10.9, requires the output file to be stored on the Integrity server. For a web service, it would make more sense to be able to capture the resulting file with the response to the runreport request, using a multipart stream the same as is used for retrieving attachments. Without this, the web service call requires a location on the server to store the output, and then needs to be able to retrieve from that location in order to make use of the output. That requires a share to be defined to the server, additional permissions, and can run into naming collisions if not careful.
