document view: enable filter per section

Intended usecases:

u1 : View / edit only a selected (sub-) chapter of a document.

u2 : Export only a selected (sub-) chapter of a document using the gateway.

Drawback:

The "where.." filter does not support the "section" field  (Status Quo : I11.0 )

The gateway export only accepts filters that are defined using the "where.." filters in the document.

The only way to filter the document view for a certain "chapter" is the "show items containing..." text filter, which is not working well

and the Gateway rejects exports for there documents as the text fitler is not supported:

So please add the "section" field to the elements that can be handled by the "where.." filters and thereby enable the export usecase as well.
