extend the mksapi to support "isVersioned" attribute on ITEM elements

It woul be very helpfull if the Attibute "isversioned" (true|false) would be accessable for all Item elements in the API.

 

Currently it is unnecessary complicated e.g. to find only the "live" related requirements to a testcase, as

 

1. Both the live and the versioned ITEM have a "revision-number"

2. The "isversioned" Attrribute is not accesable via the api

3. The ID of a Versioned Item is the "internal ID" - not the "display ID" (231234523592374  instead of 12343-3.0)
