extract user information .lookupbean with .getUserBean(loginid) to have another option such as .getUserBean(UsersEmailAddress) or .getUserBean(UsersFullName) which these would return the user log in id.
This way when you receive information from outside Integrity such as email or 3rd party applications you can look up the users log in id to allow you to create items based upon outside information such as email.
Currently trying create Incident tickets from email received but our email address do not match our log in id.
