how to display user list

im using integrity 10.8

if i add multi user to user field. user list is viewed in a row.  1)

in my case, Makes it difficult to view item screen.

i suggest two kinds of  option

outlook : arranged horizantly 2)

jira: system show 5-7pepole, if i click, it show all users 3)
