      Answer:  Template creation and editing can be granted to users as needed.  Typically, this is done by an admin.

      Question from Eric:  Can I invite a participant to view an assembly in a project who does not have access to the associated product?

      Answer:  Yes

      Answer:  Yes, when PDM check out is used when adding to a project, it is locked in PDMLink.

      Question from JP: Does a user get an email when a comment is added to a discussion?

      Answer:  Yes, if the user subscribes to a discussion topic.

      Question from Michael:  When an item is converted to "PDM check-out", does it force a PDM check-out in the common space?

      Answer:  Yes.  Whether you initially use "PDM check-out" or convert a "Share" to "PDM check-out", it does a check-out on the PDMLink side.

      Answer:  Add the discussion table to your home page and track new comments there in the status column of the table.
