Answer:  They are ordered alphabetically.  Edit their name to move them in the structure.

Question from Kevin:  Can you move them in the structure?  Move a sub-folder to another folder?

Answer:  You can move them in the structure through cut and paste.

Answer:  As a reusable attribute, when it is reused under a specific type, it is assigned an internal name for that type.
