10.2 help please

Gurus,

We just put Creo elements/ Pro 5 M230 and PDMLink 10.2 M010 into production on Monday.
Yesterday 2 people had their PDMLink stop seeing their workspaces and Common Space when looking at things in the embedded browser.
If they log on to PDMLink in just a browser they are OK. Meaning they see common space and their workspaces.
Looking at the server manager everything appears normal. However nothing at all appears in the embedded browser. Please see the included images.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

What version of Internet Explorer is on the computer?

We had this happen too when we switched. The only solution we could find is to change the "windows_browser_type" config option in Pro/e to something different. Then, after using a different embedded browser for a few days, we could switch back without issue. It's almost like something was cached in the browser somewhere, but no amount of clearing or deleting temporary files, history, etc. would get it working.

IE is at:
Version 11.0.9600.17239
Update version 11.0.11

We have the config.pro option set for Mozilla_based_browser. The Firefox is version 31.0
When it is set to IE and you start Creo the screen just locks up with a spinning starburst in the window.
Nothing else ever happens even after a long time of waiting.

IE 11 is NOT supported with CE/P 5.0 (Wildfire 5). If you want to use IE, you will need to downgrade it. Let me know if you need the command.
