API's to create a Disposition Plan for Nonconformance.
As per PTC Technical Support there is No API to create a Disposition plan for Nonconformance.
Umm...what exactly are you asking for? There are many ways to deal with nonconformances. Are you talking about the Variance function?

So a separate NCR database and you need a JAVA API to feed info from it into PDM for the disposition, engineering changes, etc?
QMS is a part of Windchill PDMLink Function. It is a add on module and installed with Windchill PDMLink.
Ah. Sorry, I won't be able to help, we never had it installed so I know nothing about it.
