Some Windchill verticals bundle/use OpenMQ by default and thus recent versions of Windchill bundle the client libraries for OpenMQ. OpenMQ is freely available from http://mq.java.net/, so you don't need to have/find the vertical that bundles it.
All that said, I have no experience with various MOMs beyond this.
