I'm trying to recreate a search that I used to run in Intralink 3.4 in Intralink 9.1 (m020)
I used to have an Intralink script that searched forallLatest Objects and dumped the results into a text file which I then processed a bit with a Perl script and uploaded into another database.
I've been trying to recreate the same output in Intralink 9.1 but I think I'm running up against Intralink's limitations (as compared to PDMLink)
I want to get a list of all Pro/E parts, assemblies and drawings and AutoCAD dwg files (which are stored as Documents, not EPMDocuments) and want to have the following columns:
'Number' 'Version' 'Context' 'Folder' 'Last Modified' 'Generic?' 'Instance?' 'Part_Name' 'LifeCycle State'
'Generic?' and 'Instance?' would be Yes or No, but some other attribute that indicated if it was either or neither of them would be OK as an alternative.
Do I need Query Builder to get these results or is there a way to pull it out of either Intralink or Oracle?
