Adding "Promotion Requests" to a customized view

Can anyone tell me how to add this column back? I can see there may be logic going on in the background, but since it is OOTB functionality, I should be able to replace the file that contains the criteria/columns with an original one. Any ideas? I'm going to open a call, but thought I would put the question out to the forum.

how did you remove this column? Maybe you shouls just put back your original jsp templates? If it is true, please tell me version and datacode of your Windchill and I'll send you my oroginals.

to be honest, I don't exactly know which files to replace. We have a HPUX server with Windows clients. Thanks for the offer, but we have a call with PTC this afternoon and I expect it will be all sorted out. Either way, I'll post up with a result.
