Alternate User Name 1-4 / Using Initials instead of Full Name

First off, I cannot seem to figure out how to enter in fields "alternate user
name 1-4" once a user exists... don't tell me this can only be done during the
creation of a new user.

Anyone?

User would have to log into Windchill with their alternate initial username and even then I'm not sure what name would be used by the Windchill database. I am thinking it will revert to the defined original username.

You may be able to create a table and with custom programming get what you want.

Well, second question is still pending. First question is not really answered but appreciate the reply regardless. Seems like this should be something oob, but hey what do you want.... air in those tires too?
