Another Solr Configuration Issue in Windchill 11

I'm starting to really hate this new Solr setup procedure.  I'm trying to follow the guide and am doing the Configure Basic Authentication for Solr (Standalone Mode).  I follow the directions.  It generates my CRYPT password and then it will not let me restart Solr.  I used the same user name and password as I did to install Solr.

Here is the error I get on startup:

Verify jetty.xml file whether it is pointing to correct jetty.home path or not.

This should be the property which you need to verify

<SystemProperty name="jetty.home" default="."/>
