Hi all,
I'm sorry if I'm posting this question in a wrong place, but I couldn't find a group related to InService. Our company is going to implement an SPM system and I'm about to dig it out. However, there's a term of "E3C server" that I couldn't figure out what it is. Can someone explain to me what E3C stands for ? Thank you very much.
Hi,
Apologies for the late response however I have only just seen your question. The E3C server is a server that is included in the OOB InService software (used by our customers for delivering service and parts information to their users). Essentially, the 3C stands for Content, Commerce and Collaboration - which together describe what our InService delivery tool provides to customers in terms of core capabilities. I hope this helps!
