Anyone Using Amazon AppStream or CITRIX to share Secure Creo Connections to Windchill?

Hi, is anyone using Amazon AppStream or CITRIX to share secure Creo connections to Windchill? 

I am interested in bringing 3rd party partners into Windchill to work on CAD data, but I don't want them downloading the CAD files to their own computer. Not sure if Creo Cloud still has legs with PTC, but the PTC training team is using Amazon AppStream to provide configured sessions of Creo for students. Curious if anyone is using a similar configuration to provide CAD access to external team members.
