Apache Fails to Start - After Upgrade

After upgrading to PDM 9.1 Apache fails to start.

I have upgraded to 9.1, installed WDS, cleared cache, restarted server, tested and all worked fine.

I uninstalled Aphelion, deleted the Aphelion folder , stopped windchill, stopped all services, cleared cache and restarted the server.

Apache now will not start.

When I select Windchill_Apache in the services UI and attempt to start I receive the following error: “Windows could not start Windchill_Apache on the local computer. Fo more information, review the system events log………..”

The event logs show nothing other than the service could not start.

I uninstalled Apache as a service and re-installed Apache as a service - No Help.

I re-ran the PSI and re-installed Apache - No Help.

Anyone still awake and have a solution?

Figured it out. Stupid late night mistake. After I installed WDS and before I uninstalled aphelion.

E:\ptc\Windchill_9.0\Apache\conf\extra\additions.conf file, when I was commenting out "#Include conf/extra/app-aphelion.conf" I commented this one out instead "Include conf/extra/deflate.conf"
